They're asking for $125 million

I like to look at listings for businesses for sale.

Call me a serial entrepreneur!

Anyway, one of the web sites I surf for businesses is
www.BizBuySell.com.

I was looking there today, and came across a frac sand mine and
terminal for sale.

They are only asking $125 million for it.

Here's the link, if you are interested in taking at look at the
listing for that sand mine:

The other route is to get sand that you already have - or have
access to - tested, and see if you could sell that sand as frac
sand.

Trust me, running a series of frac sand tests isn't going to
cost you nearly as much as that sand mine.

But, the prices will go up in 2014. You can lock in the current
testing prices by replying to this e-mail, calling me, or going
