Use Vladimir Putin-style business tactics

outfox the west.
Start a new Cold War, maybe?
I don't think it's exactly what they are going for, but
that might be a side effect.
Putin has said many times that he thinks the breakup of the Soviet
Union was a terrible time and mistake in his country's history.
For those (like me) that take people at their word when they speak
about things very important to them, I certainly believed Putin.
So, (in my mind) he probably has a map hanging up in his office of
how he would restore Russia's borders. Looks at that map while
spinning his Super Bowl ring around his finger (more on that story
later).
As someone said this weekend, Putin is playing chess, and we are
playing marbles. Ha
It would be funny if it wasn't so true.
Now, this isn't anything like Hitler and the gang taking over
Europe in the 1930s and 1940s. Crimea is an island of
Ukraine that has mostly all Russian speaking people. They
seem to maintain an allegiance to the "mother country"
anyway.
Putin's troops haven't stormed in firing tank guns. They
pretty much just drove over a bridge.
Anyhooo, the point of this e-mail isn't to blast Putin or try
to put down Obama or anything.
The world is shades of grey, and we just live in it.
And since we are in the greedy capitalist money-making arena of
business, why not try and learn from Putin?
Putin takes action.
Putin takes what he wants.
Putin doesn't apologize or get mushy or squeamish or run from
conflict.
He just does it.
I try every day to be "more like Putin."
In business, that is. Ha.
Ok, now for that Super Bowl ring story.
Putin met the New England Patriots owner Rober Kraft recently.
Putin asked to see one of Kraft's Super Bowl rings.
Then Putin walked away.
With the ring.
When asked about it, Putin just maintained that Kraft gave it to
him as a gift. And maybe that was lost in translation.
But when Kraft was pressed on it on a business show once, he seemed
to get visibly upset!
Bottom line - Putin took that Super Bowl ring. He probably wears
it around the Kremlin. Spins it around his finger while looking at
his map of eventual conquests.
Ok - now it's time to inject some greedy capitalism in this
e-mail so we all feel better!
The Frac Sand Fortunes March issue will help you "take
what's yours" in business.
The interviews with Stuart Burgess and Jim Roemer are worth more
than a Sochi gold medal (see what I did there? Russian reference
again!)
Here are just some of the things you will get out of the March
issue:
* The absolute best tools that you need for finding frac sand (one
of these tools is invaluable, but it won't cost you a dime)!
* How to quckly process the sand in the field to figure out
whether or not you do have frac sand, so you aren't wasting
your time
* What one specific feature your sand must have to be frac sand,
and how to quickly find out whether or not it makes muster
* The references and reports that you need to start exploring and
finding frac sand tomorrow in your region (most of these resources
are absolutely free - you just need to know where to look!)
* What other "really hot" minerals could make you rich
right now, and why you should be searching for them as well as frac
sand!
* How to use a specific high tech tool to test minerals (other
than frac sand) that might make you rich!
* What simple "2 step process" you can follow to go from
(1) mineral in the field -- to (2) money in your pocket!
* A nifty "trick" for making Google do most of your
mineral research for you, allowing you to zero in on your search
area in a fraction of the time it's taking the competition!
* How to cash in on the frac sand niche by just snooping around in
your own industry
* How to "engineer" your products and services to serve
more than just the frac sand market
