Stop looking for unicorns

A couple days ago I talked about how my lab was not certified by
API for barite testing or frac sand testing:
http://www.globalenergylaboratories.com/were-not-certified-for-api-testing-why-not/

That is a fact -- there is no such thing as an API certified frac
sand lab, or drilling grade barite lab.

API does not certify anyone in this arena.

Looking for an API certified frac sand testing lab or drilling
grade barite testing lab is like looking for a unicorn.

You just ain't gonna find it!

It doesn't matter who the lab is -- how big they are or how
long they've been around or how many PhDs they have on staff --
no one has an API frac sand lab certificate hanging up in their
office.

That certification doesn't exist.

I may have caused a bit of worry among some of my readers with the
statement that the bigger older labs may have command more respect
in the frac sand industry than my lab can.

Let me put some of those worries to rest right now, with this
statement:

* None of my clients has ever come to me with a complaint about
getting my test reports to be accepted by the oil and gas and
service companies or brokers.

Not one client.

It might be common thinking out there is that the 2 "big
boy" labs produce the only test results that will be accepted.
So far, I haven't seen any proof that our lab results
"aren't good enough" to get their product into the
market.

My growing, happy client base shows that the old ways are changing,
and Global Energy Labs is charging into the market, with our own
niche -- specializing in putting together big package deals for
explorers.

We have clients from all over the US, every time zone.

We have clients from both sides of the Equator and across the
International Date Line.

However, our lab is not for everyone, I'm sure of that.

If you are apt to be worried sick that our crush test results might
not be accepted by some frac sand or barite buyer somewhere in the
world, you best not be our client.

In my humble (but shockingly accurate) opinion, those worries
are unfounded and backed by no client feedback that we've ever
had, but nonetheless you probably should not hire us. Don't
worry, we will somehow get over your rejection. ;^)

For the rest of you brave bold souls that want to do business with
the best darn lab in the world, get in here.

Let's make a deal!
